Refund and Returns Policy

W-Benk provides professional consulting services delivered exclusively online. Because our services include time-based consulting sessions, strategic analysis, and the creation of tailored advisory materials, refunds are handled under a clear, case-based policy. Our goal is to remain fair to clients while protecting the value of professional time, expertise, and delivered work.

By purchasing any W-Benk service, you confirm that you understand the digital and consultative nature of our offerings and agree to the terms described below.

1) Nature of Services (Online-Only)

All W-Benk services are delivered remotely. Depending on the service, delivery may include:

  • Live online consultation(s) (video/voice call)
  • Written recommendations and strategic documents (PDF/Doc)
  • Frameworks, messaging systems, action plans, audit reports, or playbooks
  • Follow-up notes or summaries provided after a session
No physical goods are shipped, and therefore no “returns” in the traditional sense apply.

2) General Refund Principle

Refunds may be issued only when one or more of the following applies:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed due to an issue attributable to W-Benk
  • A client was charged incorrectly (duplicate or wrong charge)
  • Delivery became impossible for reasons on our side, and an acceptable alternative cannot be provided

Refunds are not automatic. Each request is reviewed individually based on service type, delivery stage, and documented circumstances.

3) Refundable Reasons (Detailed List)

Refunds may be approved in full or in part under these circumstances:

A) Non-Delivery of Service (W-Benk responsibility)

  • We were unable to provide the scheduled session and did not offer a suitable replacement time within a reasonable period
  • We canceled the session and could not reschedule it to a mutually acceptable date
  • The service was not delivered within the timeframe stated in the product description (when a timeframe is specified) and the delay occurred due to our side

B) Technical Failures Preventing Service Delivery (W-Benk side)

  • Our technical issue prevented a live consultation from taking place (e.g., platform access failure, connection issues on our side) and we could not re-deliver the session
  • Our systems failed in a way that prevented delivery of promised documents/materials and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable period

C) Duplicate Charges / Billing Errors

  • A duplicate payment was processed for the same service
  • The client was charged multiple times due to a technical error
  • The wrong service tier/package was charged due to a checkout error attributable to our side
  • Payment was made but the order did not register properly due to a system error (with verified proof of payment)

D) Service Impossible to Perform (W-Benk limitation)

  • After purchase, we determine that the requested service cannot be ethically, professionally, or legally provided under the described scope
  • The requested outcome requires actions outside the service boundaries stated in the product description, and a suitable alternative cannot be agreed upon
  • A serious conflict of interest is discovered that makes professional delivery inappropriate (e.g., direct competitor conflict in a sensitive case), and we cannot proceed

E) Rescheduling Failures (W-Benk responsibility)

  • The client attempted to reschedule within the allowed window, but we were unable to provide any workable time slots within a reasonable period

F) Partial Delivery Scenarios (Possible Partial Refund)
A partial refund may be considered if:

  • Part of the service was delivered, but a remaining part could not be delivered due to our side
  • A scheduled multi-session package was interrupted by W-Benk inability to complete remaining sessions
In such cases, the refund amount is calculated based on the undelivered portion of the service.

4) Non-Refundable Reasons (Detailed List)

Refunds are typically not granted in the following situations:

A) Service Already Delivered

  • A live consultation session has taken place (fully or partially)
  • Written strategy, audit, messaging frameworks, or advisory materials have been delivered
  • Work has started (e.g., analysis initiated, documents drafted, research completed) where the service is considered “in progress”

B) Missed Sessions / No-Show

  • The client fails to attend a scheduled session without providing notice within the required timeframe
  • The client is late beyond a reasonable waiting period and the session cannot be completed
In these cases, the session is considered delivered and non-refundable.

C) Change of Mind / Preference

  • The client changes their mind after purchase
  • The client decides they no longer want consulting support
  • The client finds an alternative provider or internal solution

D) Expectation Mismatch Not Based on Delivery Failure

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences (tone, style, subjective expectations)
  • The client expected guaranteed outcomes (e.g., guaranteed media coverage, guaranteed brand growth, guaranteed reputation results) when no such guarantee was stated
  • The client did not review the service description and later claims the service “was not what they expected”

E) Lack of Client Cooperation / Missing Inputs

  • The client does not provide required information needed to perform the service (brief, context, materials, access to public links, confirmation details, etc.)
  • The client repeatedly postpones providing inputs beyond a reasonable timeframe, delaying delivery
  • The client requests work outside the agreed scope, causing delivery to stall

F) External Factors Beyond W-Benk Control

  • Platform outages not controlled by W-Benk (unless we can offer a reasonable alternative)
  • Public reactions, market conditions, press decisions, social media dynamics, algorithm changes, third-party actions
  • Outcomes affected by external parties (journalists, editors, platforms, competitors, regulators)

5) Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (Recommended Standard)

To keep scheduling fair and efficient:

  • Clients may request to reschedule a booked session if notice is provided in advance (as stated in the service description or confirmation email)
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • Repeated last-minute changes may be treated as a completed session
  • If the client cancels and does not want to reschedule, a refund is only considered if the service has not started and no materials have been delivered

6) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via the website contact form and include:

  • Full name and email used at checkout
  • Order number and service name
  • Payment confirmation or receipt
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, email thread, scheduling details), if applicable

Requests without sufficient details may require additional clarification before a decision can be made.

7) Review Timeline & Decisions

  • We review refund requests within a reasonable period after submission
  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • If a partial refund applies, we will confirm the refund amount and reasoning before processing

8) Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank processing timelines.

9) Policy Updates

W-Benk may update this policy to reflect operational or legal changes. The version displayed on our website at the time of purchase applies to the transaction unless stated otherwise.
